Monitor actual temperature and humidity from your Smartphone any time, from anywhere

View historical temps/humidity if requested or to check busy times of the day, etc.

Receive text or email alerts (your choice) if any of these events occur (customizable):

When it has reached an unsafe temperature

Unsafe temperature after a 30-minute grace period

Permanent lock-out if unsafe temp for 1 hour

Lock goes offline (Internet OR Power failure)

Can send alerts to more than one phone/email address
